Thank you so much for your excellent service in replacing my house locks today. After losing my key, I was unsure whether to get the locks changed. On the one hand, I obviously did not like the idea of someone finding the key and potentially having access to the house. On the other hand, I knew that it was very unlikely anyone would find the key and be able to trace it to my house, I had no idea what was a reasonable price to change locks, and I did not want to be ripped off by an unscrupulous person in an industry without official regulation. Your website and your exclusively five-star reviews across the internet convinced me to give you a call. Speaking to your wife and to youon the phone convinced me to trust you to replace the locks. Your service today convinced me that I made the right choice: you clearly explained the benefits of the kitemarked locks, without placing any pressure on me to go for these more expensive locks; you fitted them without any hassle; you charged a very reasonable price. I hope never to lose a key, or lock myself out, again, but I am delighted to know that you are available if I do. I will thoroughly recommend you to anyone in need of a locksmith.

    Whilst packing the car following a holiday I accidentally locked my keys inside we had 45 minutes to be out of our accommodation we rang the emergency number and a gentleman was with us within 30 minutes he rescued my keys and we made it out in time! Thank you so much

    Could not recommend Alan enough he is absolutely amazing after 1 locksmith failing to do the job and others not having the equipment Alan was able to gain access to my partners bmw even though it was a pain he did not give up! Amazing man! Definitely will recommend to everyone!

    Called from Sheringham as I was locked out at 10.00 pm .
    The tradesman arrived in no time at all from Holt and the work completed professionally very pleased.
    After paying later I checked their fees on their web page I was charged the fee described no more no less.

    If my experience is anything to go by all the testimonials are spot on. Alan was efficient, prompt, very knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My advice to anyone needing a locksmith in Norfolk is do not pay through the nose by going to a national chain and getting potentially poor service, give AC Locksmiths a try, they are brilliant!

    OMG – Alan was a total LIFESAVER! Locked myself out of my beach hut (complete with handbag + my cat) inside! After waiting for Able247 Locksmiths for an hour, they advised they couldnt’ be bothered to turn up (lovely…). Which is when I tried Alan, and frankly, should have tried him first. He not only fixed the lock, he drove me to & from the hut, helped me carry stuff, and was just generally a hero. And cheaper than “Able” to boot! Brilliant customer service & just a great bloke. THANK YOU ALAN! (And his feline nibs thanks you too!) 🙂

    What an excellent service Alan surplies. Very reasonable price , fast and efficient service. Lovely friendly man . My neighbours were looked out on a freezing Sunday night . He came straight away and not only did he get them in the front door he mended there back door at no extra charge . Thank you .

    I’ve used Alan Caistor a couple of times now. He’s a pleasant chap who knows what he’s doing and goes to great lengths to get things right. He has also offered me good advice vis-a-vis replacement locks for current door, and what I should look out for when I can afford to replace the door which is 21 years old now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    What a star. After a long day at the beach. Children exhausted. We found ourselves locked out when we got home. The lock broken? What to do? Ring ‘Lockbuster’ Alan Caister of AC Locksmiths, Norfolk. He answered his mobile immediately, arrived within half an hour, and got us inside for a reasonable charge. Thank You Alan.     Delighted with the work Alan did, he has been out to me on a Sunday morning at no extra charge (NR29 postcode) and is also coming back with an appropriate lock as my door isn’t a standard size, again at no extra cost. While here he also resolved an issue with my other patio doors. Courteous, prompt and you know where you stand, no hidden costs would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone.
